Ah Summer. How I wish you were year ’round like the Smilax that is precariously placed on the white curtain-covered arch. While I can’t make the seasons change on a whim, I CAN show you how absolutely stunning a summer colored palette can look!! Mind you, this is just ~one~ way, but it’s still a great way! This is a much more subtle wedding floral design, with less flowers overall but dramatic buds to make a statement!! The Ranunculus for example, come in so many different variations that they are the perfect winter/spring flower. Why use them for a summer palette? Well like I mentioned, they come in a variety of colors and being close to summertime, they’re perfect for a summer wedding! The bud vase centerpieces are perfect examples! Sizing also plays a key roll when trying to create a simple, wild and natural bridal bouquet. Check out those tiny white flowers that give loads of texture!! Their name? Chamomile. Yup, same as the tea and they’re a summer favorite. Overall, this outstanding display of bright colors really shows off what a beautiful contrast bold colors can make. Having a smaller sized wedding? Here’s how it can totally make it look like it’s full of life!! Definitely lived a wedding florist dream with this one.
